Princeton ~ Brick, Block and Pavers.

"Power, Stability, center seating and optional Double Reach make the Piggy Back® the most versatile delivery system available."

the concept

The Princeton Piggy Back® Delivery System is a proven method for delivering brick, block and pavers that has revolutionized customer service and delivery efficiency.

Historically, materials were delivered to the edge of a site by a truck-mounted crane.  The customer then had to move the material to where the work was being done.  The truck-mounted forklift enables your driver to deliver materials wherever your customer wants them - fast, safe over even the roughest ground.  Princeton's truck-mounted forklifts are available in many different models and can be mounted behind almost any truck or trailer.  A wide range of available lift heights, capacities and other features allow the Princeton unit to be configured to your exact delivery requirements.  Your current forklift paver clamps can be easily fitted to a Piggy Back.

If you currently use towed or trailer carried forklifts, you already recognize the benefits of having a portable unloading unit with your delivery vehicle.  The Princeton Piggy Back Delivery System provides all these benefits in a highly efficient package that eliminates the complications of towed vehicles.

the machine

The Princeton Model PB50 Piggy Back is designed to meet the demanding requirements of brick, block and paver delivery.  With lifting capacities up to 5500 pounds, high horsepower and excellent ground clearance, it is truly a rough terrain workhorse.  The flip-of-a-switch traction control system enables you to tackle the roughest job site.

Princeton Piggy Back Delivery Systems exceed ANSI stability standards for rough terrain forklifts.

The PB50 center sweat provides your operator with a clear view of not only the load but also both front tires.  This enables the operator to accurately position the load anywhere on the jobsite and minimizes the chance of running over critical objects in a construction area.

the reach

The PB50 is the only unit in the industry that can be equipped with the "double Reach" mast option.  This unique feature, which adds an extending scissors reach  system to the standard moving mast, doubles the length of thePF50's reach across the bed.  This combined with a counter weight package enables your driver to unload an entire truck or trailer from one side even from positions where tanks or tandems are located..

With job sites getting tighter and precise material placement becoming essential, this feature can save a lot of time.  The Double Reach option eliminates having to turn your truck around to unload both sides.  On the ground, it enables your driver to place loads inside garages and better position them on building slabs.  Overall, you save time and money with each delivery and improve customer service.
